You can very easily create braille arts that are compatible with Instagram and twitter using this generator.

How to use it?
All you have to do is upload a very small image that isn't too complex with the coloring (preferably without much shadows), tune the threshold value to the point where the art looks good, and set the width to 20. Remember, it is important to set the width to 20 if you want the art to fit on Instagram comment box. Also, while you post your comment it'd be best to leave the first line empty. Because your username will be automatically added to the first line and it might mess up the art.

How to make your own dot art / Braille art For YouTube?
As I mentioned in the beginning of this post, I found some amazing tool that you can use to generate your own anime Brailles. While there are a ton of Braille generators and Text art generators, only a few work pretty well.
And one of those few tools, is this one on github. Below is the image that I tried to convert into a Braille.

In order to get the best result you'll have to tweak with the "Red", "Green" and "Blue" options you'll see in the linked site. This is the best result I was able to get for the above image.Edit: They've simplified the tool, so the above instructions are not valid anymore. Regardless, some images will never give good results because of their color compositions. In general, it is better to use monochrome images or some other images with easily distinguishable color.
